Hi, I’m Christina. I am a leadership coach and facilitator. This career began out of a need to transform myself, and grew into a love of learning about how transformation happens and serving others who are ready for change.
My why
I was told by my college English professor that I had grit.
And I did. I knew how to put my head down, work hard, and push through. This work ethic and my determination to succeed took me quite a long way.
Until it didn’t.
When life, work, and relationships became more complex, all of a sudden I was forced to see that all this pushing through had a price and the price was a pretty big one. I was so tuned into what I “should” do, what others might expect from me, that I had lost touch with myself and what I wanted. Making big decisions felt impossible.
When I finally invited help into my life, things started to shift and I felt the relief that comes when we start to live in integrity with ourselves.
I became a coach because I am on a mission to support others to do the same. I coach my clients to learn how, with compassion and courage, to reconnect with themselves and get out of their own way to open up access to a life they love to live and work they are called to do.

About me
I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, the body that governs ethical and professional standards in the industry.
Prior to staring my own business, I worked for eleven years in the conservation leadership sector with the Wildlife Conservation Society and Conservation Leadership Programme. During this time I organized and facilitated courses for hundreds of early-career leaders around the world with a focus on personal and creative leadership development. While I have formal training in coaching and leadership, considerable learning from generous mentors, on-the-job experience, and numerous self-development programs have shaped who I am today and how I approach this work.
